What I do just isn't original or good enough I guess.

Maybe I'll try to pick up a new style or something, but my work just isn't making the cut.

Hip-Hop comp may be the last thing I do.

Thanks bros.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. I LOVE YOUR MUSIC MAN, I JUST STARTED LISTENING TO THEM MORE AND MORE.

:C

If you're referring to the review I left on your one song, it wasn't meant to dis you or tell you to stop, honestly, I'm trying to be constructive. I'm just coming from a standpoint where I've heard thousands of songs from dozens of producers built from samples and yes, not to be a dick, but the song I reviewed wasn't original. Shit like that can even get you banned if an audio mod comes across your music.

I really dug your song 'theft', and I think you should keep on producing, don't let any asshole's opinion (even if I'm the asshole) persuade you to stop.

Nah man it wasn't your review at all.
Yours was one of the few HELPFUL reviews I get.
I'm just getting bored of the same old style I suppose.

ever consider combining hip hop with elements of another style? start looking into other styles of music, try to find one you like, then try to combine it with hip hop, if hip hop is the kind of music you're into. and never let anyone else's opinions make you decide to quit making music.

u aint quiting

stfu

FFFUCK YOU!!! What the fuck man! What?!! NO!

Most of your beats just speak to me, they give ideas for lyrics. Without your beats I'll have to quit rapping :'(....

But I do understand what you're saying about "getting bored of the same old style". I've had times where I thought the same thing. Maybe it's time for some reflection. Listen to your current portfolio of music and be your hardest critic, hate on yourself a bit (if you got the confidence to bounce back from that ridicule though).

You've had one hell of a streak for putting out really hype tracks (I have 11 of them on my Ipod). Take a break, reflect. Whatever music you're making, I'll listen.

i think DJ-D's comment says it best.

don't quit man. i can't make music worth a shit. i'd kill to be able to produce some of the stuff you can do.
